How does the course work?

  • A blended learning experience, with video, audio tracks, reading, reflective exercises, and journalling.

  • Bite-sized modules, with a maximum of one hour of learning a week.

  • Optional community aspects, if you like to learn and practice alongside others.

What's included in each module?

  • A formal mindfulness practice (with audio or video guidance).

  • A mindfulness concept (e.g. being vs. doing mode).

  • A “mindfulness in action” activity for embedding mindfulness into your daily life.

  • Self-reflection/journalling prompts.
