Mindfulness for Wellbeing

(6 week e-course)

Everything you need to start practicing mindfulness and embed it into daily life.

Welcome!

Hi, I'm Holly Bailie, founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing + Coaching.

I'm a career and life coach, Breathworks-accredited mindfulness facilitator and wellbeing champion. I love supporting people to build better lives.

My mission is to help you live mindfully, with zest, zen and purpose, by supporting you to build a mindfulness practice that boosts your wellbeing.

What it's like working with me

Feedback from course participants:

"I really valued the ring-fenced time in my diary to stop, calm down, and breathe - so the benefits were pretty instant for me."

"Very practical approach that allowed you to feel the direct benefits."

"
Helped me find the time to care for myself during the working day, and giving myself the chance to feel more grounded."

"Practical and engaging."

Why you should join Mindfulness for Wellbeing

Imagine that..

...when chaos calls, you breathe deeply and choose how to respond, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.

...when pain and difficulties appear, a reserve of resilience rises to hold you with kindness and self-compassion.

...and in the good times, you’re fully present to notice moments of joy and savour the pleasures of life.

This is the gift of mindfulness.

Mindfulness can boost your wellbeing through:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety.

  • Improving focus and concentration.

  • Supporting emotional regulation.

What will I gain from this course?

In just six weeks, you'll learn the foundations of mindfulness and build a toolkit of simple practices you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing.

How things will change for you:

  • You'll notice what's happening in the moment: in your body, mind and environment.

  • You'll step out of Doing mode into Being mode.

  • You'll respond to situations with conscious choice, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.

  • You'll offer yourself greater kindness and self-compassion.

You'll do this by learning:

  • Simple mindfulness practices you can use anytime, anywhere.

  • How to do everyday activities mindfully.

  • How to work with thoughts and focus your attention.

  • How to self-soothe and regulate your nervous system.

  • Ways of bringing more balance and pleasure into your life.

Until now, I've focused on teaching mindfulness practices live, to small group cohorts in workplace settings. But I know that live classes aren't accessible for many people.

Maybe you'd rather learn mindfulness in the comfort of your own home, and on your own schedule.

So I've transformed my live foundational mindfulness programme into a self-paced e-course you can access anytime, anywhere, as you need it.

Mindfulness for Wellbeing

What does the course include?

With Mindfulness for Wellbeing, you can learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, on-demand at your own pace.

The course offers a blended learning experience, with video, audio tracks, reading, reflective exercises, and journalling.

There are optional community aspects if you'd like to share the experience with other students.

In each module, you'll learn about one or two concepts (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes), do a simple guided mindfulness practice, e.g. a short meditation (audio or video track), and can try a "mindfulness in action" activity for embedding mindfulness into your daily life.

Modules are released weekly to avoid overwhelm. Each module is centred on a theme:

  • Week 1: The Body and Movement

  • Week 2: The Breath

  • Week 3: The Body

  • Week 4: Balance and Self-Care

  • Week 5: Calming and Grounding

  • Week 6: Living More Fully

Still on the fence? Let me convince you!

Can't spare an hour for a class?

Don't worry, I created Mindfulness for Wellbeing for busy people!

Each module is broken down into bite-sized lessons you can dip into at your own pace.

You'll need a maximum of one hour a week to review module content.

But the holidays are coming up...

Mindfulness for Wellbeing begins on Monday 18th May 2026, so there's no interruption to your summer break!

In fact, it's the perfect preparation for a hectic holiday period and a great way to reset and support your wellbeing.

I don't want to sit cross-legged and meditate for ages...

You don't have to! In this foundational course, you'll discover there's much more to mindfulness than long meditations.

You'll learn quick, accessible mindfulness practices you can easily embed into your daily life.

FAQs

Do I have to finish the course within 6 weeks?

No! Mindfulness for Wellbeing is organised in 6 modules, released over 6 weeks to avoid overwhelm. But you can dip into the course materials at your own pace.

There's no rush if you'd like to linger longer on a module, or take a break and come back to the materials later.

Can I binge the whole course in a week?

Not to start with. Mindfulness for Wellbeing is designed to help you gradually incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.

To avoid overwhelm, modules are released weekly. You'll get the greatest benefit if you slow down and focus on each module's content for a week at a time, implementing practices bit by bit.

But after all modules are released, you're very welcome to go back to the beginning any time you like and work your way through again at your own pace.

How long do I have access to the course materials for?

You'll have access to the Mindfulness for Wellbeing course materials for at least 12 months (probably longer!)

How much time will the course take?

It depends how much time you'd like to spend practicing mindfulness. It will take up to one hour per weekly module to review the course materials.

To get the most out of Mindfulness for Wellbeing, I recommend spending a minimum of 5-10 minutes per day practicing mindfulness (through formal meditation practices and "mindfulness in action activities").

You might also want to set aside 5-10 minutes for the optional reflective activities.

Do I need to have experience meditating?

No, you don't need to have meditated before. Mindfulness for Wellbeing is a foundational course that will teach you key mindfulness skills, including meditation.

Equally, it's a great refresher course for anyone who'd like to rejuvenate an existing mindfulness practice.

I changed my mind. What's your refund policy?

I hope that you'll find Mindfulness for Wellbeing a valuable support to your wellbeing. But I understand that sometimes we feel like we made the wrong purchasing choice.

Refund requests made within 7 days of the launch of Mindfulness for Wellbeing (received by 25th May 2026) will be granted in full. Email [email protected].

After this time, refunds will only be granted on a pro-rata basis for unreleased weeks. No refunds will be granted after 22nd June 2026 (your statutory rights are unaffected).
