Everything you need to start practicing mindfulness and embed it into daily life to boost your wellbeing.
Hi, I'm Holly Bailie, founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing + Coaching.
I'm a career and life coach, Breathworks-accredited mindfulness facilitator and wellbeing champion. I love supporting people to build better lives.
My mission is to help you live mindfully, with zest, zen and purpose, by supporting you to build a mindfulness practice that boosts your wellbeing.

Feedback from course participants:
"I really valued the ring-fenced time in my diary to stop, calm down, and breathe - so the benefits were pretty instant for me."
"Very practical approach that allowed you to feel the direct benefits."
"Helped me find the time to care for myself during the working day, and giving myself the chance to feel more grounded."
"Practical and engaging."
Imagine that..
...when chaos calls, you breathe deeply and choose how to respond, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.
...when pain and difficulties appear, a reserve of resilience rises to hold you with kindness and self-compassion.
...and in the good times, you’re fully present to notice moments of joy and savour the pleasures of life.
This is the gift of mindfulness.
Mindfulness can boost your wellbeing through:
Reducing stress and anxiety.
Improving focus and concentration.
Supporting emotional regulation.

In just six weeks, you'll learn the foundations of mindfulness and build a toolkit of simple practices you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing.
How things will change for you:
You'll notice what's happening in the moment: in your body, mind and environment.
You'll step out of Doing mode into Being mode.
You'll respond to situations with conscious choice, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.
You'll offer yourself greater kindness and self-compassion.
You'll do this by learning:
Simple mindfulness practices you can use anytime, anywhere.
How to do everyday activities mindfully.
How to work with thoughts and focus your attention.
How to self-soothe and regulate your nervous system.
Ways of bringing more balance and pleasure into your life.

This course is delivered following the Breathworks curriculum.
In each session, we'll explore simple concepts (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes) and practice mindfulness together as a group (e.g. do a short meditation).
You'll also try "mindfulness in action" activities for embedding mindfulness into your daily life and journaling for self-reflection.
Practicing alongside others, you'll share a unique experience and learn from each other.
You will have the opportunity to discuss the concepts and practices and to ask your facilitator questions. Each week is centred on a theme:
Week 1: The Body
Week 2: The Breath
Week 3: Mindful Movement
Week 4: Balance and Self-Care
Week 5: Calming and Grounding
Week 6: Living More Fully
You'll build understanding of foundational concepts in mindfulness, like Being and Doing Mode.
You'll learn one or two simple mindfulness practices each week, with variations to suit your preferences.
Through “mindfulness in action” activities you'll embed mindfulness into your daily life.
You'll practice alongside others, share experiences, and can participate in optional community aspects.
Through journalling and self-reflective prompts, you'll have space to notice which practices work best for you.
To support different learning styles, content includes live classes, audio tracks and a workbook.

The next live cohort is running from 29th April - 3rd June (Wednesdays).
Classes take place online from from 19:00-20:00 UK time, via Zoom.

No! In this foundational course, you'll discover there's much more to mindfulness than long meditations.
You'll learn quick, accessible mindfulness practices you can easily embed into your daily life.
No, you don't need to have meditated before. Mindfulness for Wellbeing is a foundational course that will teach you key mindfulness skills, including meditation.
Equally, it's a great refresher course for anyone who'd like to rejuvenate an existing mindfulness practice.
You'll have access to guided meditation tracks and PDFs to help you maintain your practice between sessions.
You'll also receive a comprehensive resource book when you complete the course, to help you sustain your long-term practice.
It depends how much time you'd like to spend practicing mindfulness. Each class lasts for one hour, and you'll get the greatest benefit if you join every week.
To get the most out of Mindfulness for Wellbeing, I recommend spending a minimum of 5-10 minutes per day practicing mindfulness (through formal meditation practices and "mindfulness in action activities").
You might also want to set aside 5-10 minutes for the optional reflective activities.
If you'd rather learn mindfulness as a solo pursuit on your own schedule, you might prefer my Mindfulness for Wellbeing e-course.
This on-demand multi-media course covers the same content through 6 online modules which you can complete at your own pace.
I hope that you'll find Mindfulness for Wellbeing a valuable support to your wellbeing. But I understand that sometimes we feel like we made the wrong purchasing choice.
