Not sure if mindfulness is for you? Dip your toe in by trying some simple mindfulness practices (e.g. short meditations), guided by a Breathworks-certified Mindfulness Facilitator.

Everyday Mindfulness Course

10 Day Self-paced e-course - £25

Get started with embedding mindfulness into your daily life, 5 minutes at a time.

Maybe mindfulness seems like a luxury you don’t have time for. Or yet another self-improvement project that adds to your overwhelm.

But just 5 minutes of everyday mindfulness can make a difference to your wellbeing.

In this self-paced e-course, you'll explore simple "mindfulness in action" practices that will help you to pause and just be.

Practices are released daily over 10 days, accessible for 12 months.

Mindfulness for Wellbeing

(live online group course)

Weekly 1 hour small group sessions over six weeks - £149

This course is delivered following the Breathworks curriculum.

In each session, we'll explore simple concepts (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes) and practice mindfulness together (e.g. do a short meditation). You'll try "mindfulness in action" activities for embedding mindfulness into your daily life and journaling for self-reflection.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the concepts and practices and to ask your facilitator questions.

Sessions run from 19:00-20:00 UK time, via Zoom. The next scheduled course is:

Mindfulness for Wellbeing

(on-demand e-course)

Self-paced online course (six modules) - £199

This self-paced online course runs from 18th May to 28th June, so you can build your mindfulness muscles ahead of the summer holiday rush.

Content will be released one week at a time to avoid overwhelm. Modules are bite-sized, with a maximum of one hour of learning a week.

The course offers a blended learning experience, with video, audio tracks, reading, reflective exercises, and journalling.

There are optional community aspects if you'd like to share the experience with other students.

In each module, you'll learn about one or two concepts (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes), do a simple guided mindfulness practice, e.g. a short meditation (audio or video track), and can try a "mindfulness in action" activity for embedding mindfulness into your daily life.
