If you’re craving connection, community (and maybe even a dose of accountability), you’re in the right place. Come along to my gentle gatherings each month.

  • Bloom & Grow workshops: Nourish your wellbeing and nurture your creativity, as we reflect, share, and grow together (one hour).

  • Focus & Flourish co-working: A supportive space for focus, connection, and getting things done (one hour).

  • Pause Together: A calm and caring circle where we slow down, breathe and practice mindfulness in community (15-30 minutes).

WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

Bloom & Grow banner

Nourish your wellbeing and nurture your creativity, as we reflect, share, and grow together. Workshops usually last one hour, with replays available.

We might gather for a seasonal session, or to dive deep into a particular topic. Journalling, self-reflection and creative prompts often feature alongside discussions.

Sessions are scheduled quarterly. If you have any topic requests, email [email protected] with your suggestions.

We meet on the first Thursday* each month from 18:00-19:00 UK time (currently UTC/GMT). 10:00-11:00 PST / 12:00-13:00 CST / 13:00-14:00 EST / 19:00-20:00 CET. Check your time-zone here.

CO-WORKING HOUR

Focus & Flourish banner

If you need a bit of body-doubling to get you started, or some encouragement to finish a project off, then Focus & Flourish sessions are here for you.

Focus & Flourish is a supportive co-working space for focus, connection, and motivation.

Bring along whatever you’d like to get done. Maybe you’ve got a craft project, a blog post to write, or some pesky work tasks to complete. All are welcome!

We start sessions with a brief check in on what we want to achieve. Then we dive into business (on mute!) returning before the session ends to share our progress.

We meet on the second Tuesday each month, from 16:00-17:00 UK time (currently UTC/GMT). PST 08:00-09:00 / CST 10:00-11:00 / EST 11:00-12:00 / CET 17:00-18:00.

MINDFULNESS CIRCLE

Pause Together banner

A calm and caring circle where we slow down, breathe and practice mindfulness in community. This may include meditation, visualisations and mindful movement.

Even brief bursts of mindfulness can benefit our wellbeing, so Pause Together sessions are short and sweet (15-30 minutes), with busy lives in mind.

We meet usually on the last Sunday* every month, to help you press pause and reset for the week and month ahead.

Sessions start at 16:00 UK time (currently UTC/GMT), running for 15-30 minutes. PST 08:00 / CST 10:00 / EST 11:00 / CET 17:00. Check your timezone here.
