Hi, I'm Holly Bailie. I'm a life coach, mindfulness facilitator and founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing and Coaching.
My mission through Zestful Zen is to empower you to unlock your true potential - whatever your goals - through personal growth, fulfilment, and wellbeing.
I believe you have unlimited potential, with all the answers inside you - together we can unlock these solutions to help you achieve your goals. You’ll be amazed at the insights you discover when you have the time and space to think and are truly listened to.
In one-to-one sessions, I will create a safe space for exploring - identifying your “why”, refining your goals and developing creative strategies for overcoming obstacles that get in your way.
By integrating mindfulness practice into our sessions, I’ll support you to be fully present, maximising your time. Together we’ll create an effective step-by-step action plan for success and personal growth.
