Hi, I'm Holly Bailie, founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing + Coaching. You are so welcome here!

I'm a career and life coach, mindfulness facilitator and wellbeing champion. I love supporting people to build better lives and reach their true potential.

My mission is to help you live mindfully, with zest, zen and purpose.

A life where inner calm and fulfilment underpins the energy and creativity you bring into the world.

Awareness, acceptance and action

Raising awareness is at the core of my work, the common thread that connects my coaching and mindfulness offers.

Through our coaching conversations, you’ll boost self-awareness, uncover limiting beliefs and hidden patterns, identify the obstacles that are holding you back, and gain clarity on your pathway forward.

 

Mindfulness will offer you heightened awareness of what’s happening inside – in your body, mind and soul – and around you. You’ll tune into physical sensations and emotions, notice what nourishes you, and switch from autopilot to conscious choices.

 

Whatever changes you want to make in life, the first step is awareness: of what’s happening, right now, and where you want to be. Then comes acceptance and understanding, of what is and has been; before it’s time to act.

 

Action might look like taking a leap into your discomfort zone in pursuit of a promotion. Or it could look like slowing down, saying “enough” and simply being.

 

Your goals, intentions and needs are unique to you. I’m here to support you on your journey towards greater fulfilment and improved wellbeing, in whatever form this means to you: your life, your choices.
