Hi, I'm Holly Bailie. I'm a life coach, mindfulness facilitator and founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing and Coaching.

My mission through Zestful Zen is to empower you to unlock your true potential - whatever your goals - through personal growth, fulfilment, and wellbeing.

In one-to-one sessions, I will create a safe space for exploring - identifying your “why”, refining your goals and developing creative strategies for overcoming obstacles that get in your way.

By integrating mindfulness practice into our sessions, I’ll support you to be fully present, maximising your time. Together we’ll create an effective step-by-step action plan for success and personal growth.
