I offer three options for learning mindfulness

Beginning Mindfulness Session (live online)

1 hour live group taster session - £25

Get a taste of mindfulness before you commit to more.

Not sure if mindfulness is for you? Dip your toe in by trying some simple mindfulness practices (e.g. short meditations), guided by a Breathworks-certified Mindfulness Facilitator.

Beginning Mindfulness sessions are held 3 times a month:

One Wednesday (evening)

One Saturday (afternoon)

One Sunday (morning)

Sessions are delivered via Zoom.

Introduction to Mindfulness (live online)

Weekly 45 minute small group sessions over six weeks - £99

This course is delivered following the Breathworks curriculum. In each session, we'll explore one concept (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes), practice mindfulness together (e.g. do a short meditation), and try a "mindfulness in action" activity for embedding mindfulness into your daily life. You will have the opportunity to discuss the concepts and practices and to ask your facilitator questions.

Sessions run from 19:00-19:45 GMT, via Zoom. The next scheduled courses are:

Introduction to Mindfulness (e-course)

Self-paced online course (six modules) - £79

This on-demand course is delivered following the Breathworks curriculum.

You can work your way through the content at your own pace, but I recommend you leave at least 5 days between each module, in order to have the opportunity to embed the learning and practice in your daily life. It will take approx. 20-40 minutes to complete each module.

In each module, you'll learn about one concept (e.g. "doing" vs. "being" modes), do a simple guided mindfulness practice, e.g. a short meditation (audio or video track), and can try a "mindfulness in action" activity for embedding mindfulness into your daily life.
